EPD for bricks
An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a third-party verified document that reports a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle. This includes raw materials, manufacturing, transport and end-of-life stages.
For bricks, an EPD provides fact-based insight into resource consumption and energy use, CO₂ emissions and other environmental impacts, as well as the product’s overall life cycle performance.

GWP for bricks
GWP (Global Warming Potential) is a key component of an EPD and indicates a product’s contribution to global warming, measured in CO₂ equivalents.

The DoP is mandatory for CE-marked construction products and forms an important part of technical documentation in the construction industry.
