Customers

We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that our products and services are delivered correctly. In this connection, we may process information such as name, address, products or services provided, special agreements, payment details and similar information.

Once the delivery has been completed and any outstanding matters have been resolved, we will generally delete the personal data shortly thereafter.

We are required to retain accounting records in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documentation for accounting purposes. Such documents may contain ordinary personal data such as name, address and descriptions of products or services.
