Bolinder Terrass is a housing project characterised by a clear and consistent architectural approach where bricks and brickwork play a key role in the overall appearance of the building. The brick façade appears balanced and precise, contributing to a calm impression in its interaction with the surrounding urban spaces.
The brickwork adds depth and texture to the building, supporting the strict geometry of the architecture. The shades and tactile qualities of the surface give the façade life and variation, ensuring a strong presence both from afar and in detail.
This project exemplifies modern brick housing where bricks from Matzen Tegl contribute to longevity, material authenticity and a timeless architectural appearance.
